I thought air fryer salmon would be a total disaster
I was sure it would dry out or make the whole kitchen smell. My friend in Seattle swore by it, so I tried her method with a simple maple glaze. I cooked a 6-ounce fillet at 400 degrees for exactly 8 minutes. It came out perfectly flaky and moist, with no lingering fish smell at all. What other fish recipes work this well in the air fryer?

My buddy in Portland does shrimp skewers in his air fryer every Friday. He just tosses them with some oil and garlic powder for about six minutes. They come out way better than when he used to boil them.

Oh man, air fryer shrimp is a total game changer. I do mine with a little smoked paprika and lemon pepper, cooks in like five minutes. It gets that perfect texture without being rubbery at all. Boiling shrimp just seems like a crime now.
