Just realized you can air fry a whole orange.

Saw a video about it, gave it a shot. After 20 minutes at 400 degrees, it was just a hot, sad, mushy ball. Anyone got a real use for cooked citrus?

What did the video say it would do?

Four hundred degrees for twenty minutes? That's basically a science experiment. I can't imagine what you were hoping to get.
