Just realized you can air fry a whole orange.
Saw a video about it, gave it a shot. After 20 minutes at 400 degrees, it was just a hot, sad, mushy ball. Anyone got a real use for cooked citrus?

Wait, did you guys see that baking video where she just threw everything in a bowl and called it a recipe? That always cracks me up. I mean, I tried to follow one of those once and ended up with cookies that were basically rocks. They were so hard, I could have used them as doorstops. But anyway, about the video - I think it said something about getting a perfect crust, but I zoned out after they started talking about yeast activation.

Four hundred degrees for twenty minutes? That's basically a science experiment. I can't imagine what you were hoping to get.
