My air fryer salmon got way better after my daughter told me I was overdoing it
I used to cook salmon at 400 degrees for 12 minutes and it always came out dry. My daughter watched me one night and said 'Dad, you're cooking it like chicken, not fish.' She told me to drop the temp to 350 and check it after 8 minutes. Now it comes out flaky and moist every time. Has anyone else had to unlearn their old cooking habits with this thing?

Old habits die hard, but dry salmon dies even harder.

Hey @skyler_craig, have you tried brining it for 30 mins before cooking? That fixed it for me.
