My air fryer turned my leftover pizza into a crispy frisbee last night
I got home late from work in Denver and thought, 'Hey, five minutes at 375 should revive this slice.' I set a timer but got distracted by my cat, Mr. Whiskers, knocking a plant over. Came back to a piece of pepperoni that was basically a charcoal-colored cracker. Anyone have a foolproof time and temp for reheating pizza without creating a weapon?

Nah, @troykim has it backwards, that scorched earth setting is a feature! You just made a perfect, crunchy pizza chip.

Oh man, I feel that. My air fryer turned a perfectly good grilled cheese into a hockey puck last week. I swear that thing has two settings, barely warm and scorched earth. For pizza, I've had better luck with a lower temp, like 300, and just keeping a close eye on it. But honestly, sometimes the microwave for a soft start, then a quick crisp in a hot pan works better for me.

I used to crank it to 400 for everything, but that lower temp trick really does save a pizza.
