My wife insisted on air frying a whole chicken and I thought it was a bad idea

She did it last Thursday, and the thing came out perfectly cooked and crispy in under an hour. I was totally wrong and have been eating leftovers for days. What's something you were sure would fail in the air fryer that actually worked?

Wasn't it just a total game changer? I was fully convinced a grilled cheese would be a soggy mess, but it gets so crispy. @the_logan is right about the frozen stuff too, it makes you question everything. I tried reheating pizza in there and it's better than fresh. I'm never using my oven for small stuff again.

@the_logan clearly never had a grilled cheese from a real pan if he thinks that air fryer garbage is better.

Honestly it's the weird frozen stuff that always gets me. I was sure mozzarella sticks would just melt into a puddle, but they came out fine. Makes you wonder what else we're all doing the hard way for no reason.
