Pro tip: don't try to air fry a frozen burrito and a fresh chicken thigh at the same time
Last Tuesday I got lazy and threw a frozen burrito in the basket next to a raw chicken thigh, thinking 400 degrees would fix everything. Ten minutes in, the burrito was still cold in the middle and the chicken was already at 180 degrees. I pulled the chicken out and gave the burrito another 6 minutes, which dried out the tortilla into a cracker. My roommate walked in and asked why the kitchen smelled like burnt cardboard. Next time I'm just doing two separate batches, it's only 4 extra minutes. Does anyone else try to cram two totally different things in the basket and regret it?
