Rant: I used to think preheating the air fryer was a waste of time
My buddy Mike from work kept telling me I was ruining my chicken by not preheating. I always just tossed stuff in and hit start. Last weekend I tried it his way on some breaded pork chops, let it run empty for 3 minutes first. The crust came out WAY crunchier and juicier inside. Now I feel dumb for skipping it for like 2 years. Has anyone else noticed a big difference with preheating or am I overthinking this?

Yeah, same here. Preheating made a huge difference for me too.

Actually, you might want to let it sit after preheating too lol.
