Rant: My air fryer brussels sprouts went from hated to demanded
Growing up, brussels sprouts meant mushy, boiled blobs on my plate. Oven roasting was an improvement but too slow for a weeknight. When I got an air fryer, I tossed some in with just oil and salt as a test. They came out okay, but still had that bitter edge. I started playing with timing and adding a splash of balsamic vinegar halfway through. Now they get dark and crispy, with a sweet tang that actually tastes good. My family fights over the last few pieces, which never happened before. It's funny how a cheap kitchen tool can make a dreaded veggie the star of the table.

A tiny drizzle of honey right at the end is magic too.
