Riced cauliflower was a game changer after a comment here

Somebody said to pat it dry with paper towels before air frying to get it crispy instead of mushy. Tried it with a 400 degree preheat for 12 minutes and it actually had texture. Any other tips for getting veggies less soggy?

Hang on, I think you might want to bump that temp up a bit. 400 is fine but 425 or even 450 for a shorter time (like 8-10 minutes) gives you way better browning without drying things out. Have you tried tossing them in a tiny bit of cornstarch before the oil?

Cornstarch trick is legit. Game changer for crispiness.
