Spent $50 on parchment paper liners for my air fryer and they're a total game changer
Honestly, I was sick of scrubbing crusted cheese off the bottom of my basket every time I made chicken tenders. So last week I bought a pack of 100 perforated parchment liners off Amazon for about 50 bucks. They fit my Cosori basket perfectly and you just toss them after cooking. No more soaking and scraping for me. Just make sure you weigh them down with food first or the fan blows them up into the heating coils. I learned that the hard way on the first try when it started smoking. Has anyone else had a liner melt or burn on them?

My buddy Steve had the exact same problem with his Gourmia last month. He tried the cheap generic ones from the grocery store and they curled up and burned within five minutes on a chicken wing cook. Black smoke everywhere and he had to air out his whole apartment for two hours. The perforated ones he bought off the Cosori site after that worked fine for him though. He said the key is getting the ones with the little holes all over so the air can still circulate properly. I just use regular parchment paper cut to size myself, but I have to remember to put a fork on top of it before I turn the fan on.

@garcia.charles Your buddy's story sounds all too familiar. I had the same issue with my first air fryer until I learned that cheap liners just can't handle the heat in most models. The perforated ones really are the way to go, they let the air flow without turning into a smoky mess.
