The diner cook in Abilene showed me his trick for air fryer wings and I can't go back
I was grabbing breakfast at a diner in Abilene two months ago and got talking to the cook about how my wings kept coming out dry on the inside. He said to pat them completely dry, toss in a tiny bit of baking powder, and cook them at 380 for 12 minutes, flipping once halfway. Anyone else use baking powder on wings, or do you have a different trick that works better?
