The silicone air fryer liner I bought was a total scam

I spent $8 on a pack of those silicone liners for my air fryer because I hate scrubbing the basket. First use, the thing slid around and blocked the fan, so my fries came out half raw. Second use it melted a little onto the heating element and smelled like burning plastic. I chucked the whole pack and went back to spraying the basket with oil. Anyone else get burned by these things?

@the_kevin right there with you. Bought into the hype and ended up with a drawer full of regret and a lighter wallet. Maybe one day I'll learn but today is not that day.
