TIL my air fryer can launch a potato like a tiny cannon
I tried making crispy potato wedges yesterday, but I cut one piece way too small. When I opened the basket, that little wedge shot out, bounced off the microwave, and landed in my dog's water bowl. What's the weirdest thing your air fryer has ever launched at you?

Honestly sounds like user error, not the air fryer's fault. hannahs71's marshmallow thing proves people just put the wrong stuff in there. It's a cooker, not a toy.

Saw a video where someone tried to air fry a single frozen pea just to see what would happen. That thing turned into a green bullet and pinged around their kitchen like a pinball. My own disaster involved a mini marshmallow that got stuck in the fan. It melted into a weird sugary glue and then shot a piece of burnt sugar shell across the room. Left a tiny sticky mark on the wall I still haven't cleaned off.
