Unpopular opinion: Breaded chicken in the air fryer is overrated
I tried it last week after seeing everyone rave about it on here. Did 3 different recipes - panko, seasoned flour, even a parmesan crust. Every batch came out dry on the inside and the breading just fell off. I've had way better results with thighs cooked at 375 for 15 minutes with just salt and pepper. Crispy skin, juicy meat. Anyone else skip the breading altogether?

Yeah, it's like everything has to be extra now. Sometimes the simple stuff is just better, you know? Reminds me of how people keep piling on toppings to pizza when a classic cheese is already perfect.

Man, you nailed it - plain cheese pizza is still peak perfection, nothing beats it after a long day of work.
