Used the preset button on my air fryer for 8 months before my sister asked why my chicken always came out dry
My sister came over for dinner in March and watched me hit the chicken preset, then she asked why I never flip anything halfway. I had no answer. Turns out the presets on my Cosori just set time and temp, they don't remind you to shake or flip, and I was cooking 6 wings flat side down the whole time. She showed me her method, 380F for 12 minutes, flip at 6, and the skin came out way better. I feel dumb but also kind of mad that the manual never made this clear. Does anyone actually use the presets or do you all just set your own time and temp?
