Lost my whole recipe box in a move last month, going back to paper cards
I kept everything on my phone for 5 years. Then the cloud sync glitched and my grandmother's pie crust recipe vanished. Last month I bought a $12 metal box and 100 blank index cards from an office supply store in Tucson. Now I hand copy every recipe I can remember, one card at a time. Anyone else rebuild their collection this way or do you scan old cookbooks instead?
