PSA: dropped $70 on a lens pen kit that did nothing my shirt couldn't do
Heard a guy at the Fort Worth camera show swear by these little carbon tip pens, so I bought the full kit online for $70. Turned out the fancy tips just smeared the dust around on my old 50mm and left a grey streak I had to re-clean with a microfibre cloth. I spent 40 minutes on one front element in my dining room before giving up and just breathing on it like usual. Has anyone actually found a cleaning gadget that beats a clean cloth, or is it all just fancy packaging?
