Rant: That roll of Portra I shot in Prague came back all green

Last month I took my old Canon AE-1 to Prague and shot 3 rolls of Portra 400, thinking the colors would pop on those pastel buildings. Got the scans back yesterday and two rolls have this heavy green cast, like I forgot to take it off tungsten. My local lab in Portland said it might be a development issue, not my fault, but I'm still bummed since I won't be back there anytime soon. Has anyone else had a batch come out tinted and figured out if it's the film or the lab?

Oh man, tungsten white balance would make everything super blue, not green, so that's probably not it.
