Shot a full roll of 36 at my nephew's birthday in 2019, now I bring two cameras and shoot maybe 15 frames
Back in 2019 I'd burn through a whole roll of Portra 400 at every family thing, just snapping away at the cake and the kids. Now I load a single roll and really wait for the shot, maybe 15 frames at the last party in Bakersfield, because $18 a roll plus $14 to develop made me slow down. Part of it is cost and part of it is that half those old frames were blurry elbows anyway. Curious how many frames you all shoot at a family gathering these days.
