Tried shooting a roll through a $5 toy camera at my dog's birthday party
Found this plastic lens toy camera at a garage sale in Portland for five bucks and figured why not bring it to the park where we did the cake and party hats last Saturday. Every single shot came back with this dreamy, foggy blur and double exposure weirdness that actually made the whole thing look like a 1970s family photo album, way more charming than my normal camera would have done. Anyone else ever get lucky with a junk camera and accidentally make something you'd actually hang on the wall?

Tell me if those double exposures were actually an accident or if you leaned into it after the first few shots came out weird. Like, did you start purposely overlapping the cake smash with the dog running around, or was it pure chaos the whole roll? Because that foggy blur plus double exposure thing is real hit or miss, sometimes you just get a mess of limbs and fur, but when it lands right it lands real right. Curious if you shot the whole roll blind or checked the back screen after a couple frames and got cocky.
