Ngl, subs beat dubs for one reason nobody talks about and it's why I stopped watching dubs in 2020
Honestly I used to be full dub crew, watched all of DBZ and Naruto dubbed back in high school. Then I tried watching the same scene in both, the Goku vs Frieza moment, and the sub delivery just hit different because the timing matched the mouth flaps way better. Dubs have gotten way good lately but the lip sync thing still bugs me, is that just me or does anyone else notice it too?

My buddy Dave switched to subs after noticing mouth flaps off by half a second in One Piece.
