The anime club screening at a mall in Fresno is why I never trust crowd ratings again
Half the room clapped for a show I thought was boring, and I realized I'd been picking everything off a top 10 list instead of my own gut. What's a show you only like because you watched it alone first?

Binging stuff alone at 2am hits different than watching with a crowd, so now I do a solo test run before trusting anyone's top 10. Cowboy Bebop was that one for me, weirdly enough.
