Appreciation post: picked the cheap hand mixer over the stand mixer at a yard sale in Dayton
Figured the $8 one would die on the first batch of cookie dough, but it handled 4 dozen chocolate chip cookies without a single hiccup, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has a cheap tool that just keeps on going.
