Confusing teaspoons for tablespoons made my cookies inedible.
Now I have a batch of rock-hard cookies that even the dog won't touch.

Totally did that with salt in a soup once, used a full tablespoon instead of a teaspoon. My potato soup tasted like the Dead Sea. Even my dog, who eats gross stuff, took one lick and walked away from the bowl.

Oh man, that's the worst. I did the exact same thing with baking powder in pancakes once. Tripled it by accident. They looked like normal pancakes but tasted like bitter, salty foam. My husband took one bite and just quietly put his fork down. We ended up getting drive-thru.
