Hit 100 perfect macaron batches in a row last night and I still can't believe it
I started keeping track back in January after my fifth failed batch in a row. Those things are picky little monsters. Took me about 20 tries to even get feet on them, and another 30 to stop getting hollow shells. But something clicked around batch 75 and the failures just stopped. Last night I pulled out batch 100 and they came out spot on. Same recipe I've been using since February, same oven temp at 300F, same rest time of 40 minutes. The weird part is nothing changed in my method, I just got consistent with timing and humidity checks. My wife thinks I'm nuts for tracking this but it's a real milestone for me. Has anyone else kept a long streak going with a tough bake?

Hit batch 87 before a humidity spike wrecked my streak. Timing on macs is everything, props for sticking with it.

Drying in a mini fridge cracked lid helped me push past batch 80.
