My neighbor's bread looked like a rock... until she told me her trick
I saw her pull a flat loaf from the oven yesterday and she just laughed, saying 'I forgot the yeast again, but this time I threw in a cup of plain yogurt on a hunch'. It actually rose a little and was edible, which blew my mind. Has anyone else saved a bake with a weird kitchen swap like that?

Wait, did she use the yogurt instead of yeast or on top of it? I mean, I've used sourdough starter to fix things but never straight yogurt, that's wild.
