My sister told me my cookies taste like sweet sandpaper, so I started weighing flour on a $12 scale
She said it at Thanksgiving in front of everyone in Columbus and I was mad for a week, but she was right, I was scooping flour straight from the bag like a caveman. Now I weigh 120g per batch and people at work actually ask me to bring them, has anyone else switched to grams after getting roasted by family?
