I stumbled on this site last night while looking for a recipe to use up some habaneros. The blog started in 2012 and they just post photos of old hot sauce bottles with notes like "still good, surprisingly." No ads, no comments, no social media links. Just 278 posts about aging hot sauce. It's weirdly calming but also I'm worried about this person's fridge space.
