Can we talk about how hard it is to find dead blog recommendations?
Last week I spent 2 hours trying to find a blog about restoring 80s pinball machines that actually had tutorials. I'm talking deep cuts here, not the big sites everyone knows. Found one from 2012 with a broken link to the wiring diagram, and I'm still searching for a working source on that Gottlieb System 80 board. Anyone know a forum or blog that digs into those older machines?

Gottlieb System 80 boards are tough but there's a guy named Clay who has a blog that covers them pretty well. Most people overlook his site because it looks like it's from 1999 but the wiring diagrams are still hosted. Check the rec.games.pinball archive while you're at it, tons of old posts there link to working resources.
