Found a blog that reviews old gas station coffee and it's actually good

I thought it was a joke at first, but the guy did a blind taste test of 27 different cups from stations across Ohio. He convinced me by explaining the water filtration systems some places use. Do you think a blog's topic needs to be 'important' to be worth reading?

What's more important than someone's honest joy? I read a blog for two years that just reviewed public park benches, scoring them for comfort and view. It was the most peaceful part of my week. That kind of deep dive into a small thing makes the whole world feel more interesting. Passion is the only topic that really matters.

Read a whole article last year about a guy who reviews different brands of white bread. He went into crazy detail about crust texture and crumb structure. The topic itself is not important at all, but his passion made it a great read. If someone cares that much about gas station coffee, I'm already interested. The world needs more people writing deeply about silly things. It beats reading another boring think piece on politics.
