Found a cooking blog from 2008 that still has zero comments on every post

I was looking for a no-knead bread recipe last night and stumbled on this blog called something like "The Apartment Cook" or similar. The guy posted every single day for like 3 years straight, great photos, detailed instructions, all that. But I scrolled down and every single post has zero comments, not one. It's like he was shouting into a void for 1,095 days straight. Made me wonder how many of us are just posting stuff online that nobody ever sees. Has anyone else found a ghost blog like this where the writer clearly put in the work but got zero response?

Dude that reminds me of all those old personal blogs and forums I used to haunt back in the day. So many people just typing into the void, like when you see someone talking to themselves on the bus but its the internet version of it. Kinda makes you wonder how much stuff we all put out there that just disappears into silence, you know?

Thats basically my entire cooking blog that I started during lockdown and abandoned after 4 posts. Still waiting for that first comment any day now.

OH wow, NO comments at all? That is just brutal honestly. I've abandoned a few projects myself but the total silence thing is next level discouragement. What kind of recipes did you post? I bet someone out there found it and got some use out of it even if they never typed anything back. You should peek at your site stats sometimes, you might be SHOCKED at how many people actually visited without saying a word.
