I thought RSS readers were dead, then a 71 year old guy in Brisbane changed my mind
Two years ago I said feed readers were pointless because nothing good gets posted anymore. Then I found this blog called The Weekly Wobble run by a retired teacher in Brisbane who writes 900 word posts about odd roadside signs, and I realized I was just looking in the wrong places. Google killed Reader back in 2013, so I figured the whole thing died with it, but I've now got 14 feeds going in a free reader app and I check it more than any social app. Turns out small bloggers never stopped writing, they just got buried. What random personal blogs are you all still following that nobody else seems to know about?
