My old boss in Toledo told me to start a blog and hide it from Google, which sounded nuts
He said the trick was to just write for 12 readers and skip the whole SEO game, and 8 months later my little blog about fixing up old houses has 40 or so folks who comment on everything I post. Is hiding from search engines the dumbest advice ever or is this the only way blogs stay fun?
