Okay so I used to think a blog needed a million posts to be worth reading

Then I found 'One Photo, One Story', a blog from a guy in Boise who only posts 12 times a year, and each entry is just a single picture with a 500-word story. Anyone know other blogs that do more with less?

Quality can be expensive though, look at those $200 jeans that rip in a year.
