Yeah, I had a run like that last week. What really helped me, @karen_sanchez10, was just setting a steady pace from the start and not checking my watch every minute. I mean, I used to get in my own head about speed, but ignoring that and focusing on my breathing made the whole thing feel way smoother. It's crazy how much of it is mental, you know? That focus got me through the last mile when I wanted to stop.
