My book club in Portland said my discussion questions were too easy
We read 'The Midnight Library' last month and I asked stuff like 'would you change a past choice?' Sarah flat out told me my questions felt like a high school quiz. So now I make them harder, like asking which character's regret hit closest to home and why. Anyone else get called out for making things too simple?

Wait, what's wrong with an easy question to get people talking? Sometimes a simple start lets quieter folks join in before you hit the deep stuff.

But what if the easy question is just boring?
