Update: Sticky notes on the wall fixed our book club shouting matches
We used to argue forever without getting anywhere. Now we slap our main thoughts up before talking, and it keeps things calm. Everyone gets a turn without the fuss.

Reminds me of when my family tried a talking stick during holiday dinners. It worked until my uncle grabbed it and wouldn't let go.
