A guy in Tulsa left me a 2 star review with no comment and it made me rethink my whole follow up email
Last month I started emailing customers a week after a job to ask for a review, and I finally got my 25th one. Most were 5 stars, but one guy in Tulsa left 2 stars and wrote nothing at all. I almost let it go, then I called him and asked straight up what went wrong. He said my email felt like a robot asking for a grade, not a person checking if the work held up. So I rewrote it to ask one simple question first: is anything still bothering you? Has anyone else had a quiet bad review teach you more than ten good ones?
