Do we trust the 4.8 star bakery or the one with 100 reviews at 3.4?

Walked into Sweet Crumb in Denver last week, amazing croissant, but their Google page shows 4.8 from only 12 reviews. Meanwhile the old spot down the street has 3.4 over 100+ and clearly makes better bread. Which number actually matters to you all when you decide where to eat?
