Left a 1 star review for a plumber in Tulsa, then he called me and we talked for 40 minutes
He was 3 hours late and I was ready to be mad, but he spent the whole call explaining how his truck broke down and he still finished the job for $80 less than the quote. Now I feel weird about the review and I'm leaving it up anyway. Do you all ever go back and edit a review after the owner reaches out, or does that just make the whole thing pointless?
