Rant: that $349 "business review boost" package in Tampa did nothing
I paid $349 to a company in Tampa that promised to get my shop 20 fresh Google reviews in 30 days. What I got was 4 reviews, and 2 of them were from accounts with no photo and one name, which looked worse than having none. When I asked for a refund they pointed to a line in the contract about "best efforts" and stopped answering my emails. Has anyone found a review service that actually posts real reviews, or is doing it myself with a QR code on the receipt the better call?
