Unpopular opinion: that 1 star review on the dry cleaner on 5th got them my business for life
I almost skipped the place near my apartment in Akron after reading a rant about a missing button, but I was running late for a wedding and figured one shirt was worth the risk. Turns out the owner fixed a seam for free while I waited and the guy's complaint was about a button he never told them was loose. How much of a review is just somebody having a bad morning versus an actual bad business?
