Yelp review turned my small diner around in 48 hours
Got a brutal 1 star Thursday from a guy who complained about the wait, then said our hash browns were 'soggy garbage.' Was ready to argue, but checked the photos he posted. He was right, we were rushing plates during the breakfast rush. Changed how we batch cook on the flat top. Revenue up $300 this weekend, has anyone else flipped a bad review into a fix?
