A hardware store in Reno had a sign taped to the bolt bin that flipped my view on trusting an app
I spent months telling customers at my shop to scan barcodes with a phone app to look up bolt sizes, then saw a handwritten note at a Reno Ace Hardware saying "phone lookup gave wrong size on 3/8 lag screws twice this week, use the chart" and now I want to hear if anyone else has caught a lookup app lying about hardware specs.
