Dropped $120 on a 'complete' Silver Surfer run from a guy on OfferUp, and 9 of the 18 books were reprints
Drove 40 minutes to a parking lot in Mesa last weekend to meet him, and he had them all bagged like they were the real thing. I did not find out until I got home and checked the fine print on issue #3. Has this happened to anyone else, and do you just eat the loss or go back and ask for a refund?
