Rant: hit 1,000 issues cataloged and my spreadsheet threw a fit

Two nights back I finally passed 1,000 floppies logged into my database, all sorted by publisher and run. I was expecting some kind of cool milestone popup, but instead the file froze and I lost about 40 entries, had to redo them from the long boxes. My whole system was built off a free template I found in a forum post back in 2019, basically held together with duct tape and stubbornness. The weird part is that hitting that number made me care less about the count and more about the gaps, like I'm missing three issues of Daredevil from the 80s that I know I own somewhere. Has anyone else had their collection tracking fall apart right when you think you've finally got it all together?
