The week my local shop ran out of every issue I wanted, then the next week made up for it

Last month at Cosmic Comics in Austin, I hit the worst haul of my life. Two Wednesdays in a row, every hot book on my pull list was sold out by the time I got there after work, all 7 titles gone. I nearly gave up on the store, honestly. Then this past Wednesday, they had restocked double, plus they held a variant I had been chasing for 6 months behind the counter for me. The owner said, 'We heard you were frustrated, so we ordered extra.' Now I don't know if I should stay loyal after the bad stretch or if that one good week just cancels it out. Has anyone else had a shop that swings this hard between awful and awesome?
