Why does nobody talk about how many times Spider-Man has actually died?

I was just reading through a wiki list of Marvel deaths last night and I couldn't believe it. Spider-Man has died like 15 times in different stories. Alternate universes, clones, resurrections. But in the main 616 universe he's only officially died once and got brought back. It just feels weird that a character who dies so much in comics people barely mention it. Has anyone else been surprised by how many times a character has kicked it?

Yeah, it's wild how often he's bought it. Death barely sticks for any big name in comics these days.

Three resurrections in the last five years for this character alone, @derekp70. If you want stakes to matter, stick to their first ten years of publication or the indie books. Death in the big two is basically a vacation now.
