Honestly, I used to think routines were just about big life changes. But last month I took on a tiny freelance gig that only takes an hour a day. Ngl, it completely reshuffled my whole week. I have to get up earlier now and plan my free time around it. It's wild how something so small can have that big of a ripple effect. Totally get what you mean.
