Shoutout to the old school Kirby Morgan hat I used for years, but switching to a lightweight composite helmet for a 6-week job in the Gulf made a huge difference in neck strain.
After dealing with constant fatigue from the weight, I tried a composite helmet on a deep water inspection job and the difference in mobility and comfort was night and day, so has anyone else made a similar switch and noticed less strain after long shifts?
